The Best Caramel Vanilla Iced Coffee: Easy Recipe

Vanilla is good and caramel is good, but together they rule the world; especially in iced coffee.

I’m not kidding. This combination of flavors might just change your world. I love this recipe and can’t wait to share it with you guys.

Ingredients

  1. Coffee grounds
  2. 1 tablespoon caramel syrup
  3. 1 tablespoon vanilla syrup
  4. 1 ½ cups milk of choice
  5. Ice cubes

Some Notes Ideas the Ingredients

Is an Espresso Machine Necessary?

Not at all, you can make an amazing version of this drink using the coffee from an AeroPress or Moka pot. Both of these make espresso-like coffee that will blow your mind. Instant espresso will also do the job well.

Coffee made with a French press or drip coffee machine might not work quite as well. Their coffee is not as concentrated and won’t give you the same effect.

Homemade Syrup vs Store-bought Syrup

I don’t really have an opinion on this. I tend to do with what I feel like at the moment of making my coffee and it usually depends on the time that I have available. If I have time I might make my own, however buying it is really convenient and you get some really good store-bought syrups out there.

Kind of Milk

The type of milk is really a matter of personal preference. I like using dairy milk, but if you can’t consume it or don’t like it you can try out your favorite milk alternative with this recipe.

Ice Cubes

I know it might seem strange that this one warrants its own section, but hear me out.

Normal ice cubes will water down your drink as they melt. If you freeze some left-over coffee or make some coffee to freeze, you can prevent that.
